‘One Blood: Georgia’ Video Gets Nominated at Adventure Travel World Summit
A short video, One Blood: Georgia, made by the Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) and GLP Films, was nominated for Best Adventure Film of this year at Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) held in Sweden. The video about Georgia is among 750 films, all around the world.
One Blood: Georgia showcases the roots of adventure in the Caucasus Mountains through the lens of a paraglider and his grandmother who are crazy about the air.
According to Mariam Kvrivishvili, head of the GNTA, this is a great achievement for Georgia, especially with the goal to highlight the country’s characteristics on the world tourism market in the field of adventure tourism. The ATWS is the most significant worldwide event in the field of adventure tourism.
“Adventure tourism is one of the most desired fields of tourism in the world, and Georgia is a country of unique opportunities in this regard, and this award is another acknowledgment of this fact,'' continued Kvrivishvili.
As of today, the video has more than 17 million views worldwide on all social networks.
